9. No Cancellation for Results
Cancellation or refund will not ordinarily be granted solely because a customer does not achieve a particular fitness, weight-loss, inch-loss, or wellness result.
Individual results vary and no specific result is guaranteed.

Customers are encouraged to contact us at help@sweatysoldier.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
